Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at maggie@doordecorkit.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund (less the 20% restocking fee and any applicable deductions) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
